I had a highly disappointing experience with London Honda. On May 22, I went in to purchase a vehicle and was assisted by a salesperson. During the negotiation, I was asked to sign some documents and pay a $1000 deposit, which I believed to be refundable. However, after meeting with the finance manager and being rushed through the credit approval process, I was informed that my deposit would not be returned, despite no final sales agreement being signed. When I tried to address this, I was met with unhelpful and aggressive responses from the staff. Even after involving OMVIC and following their advice to request my deposit back, the dealership refused, citing vague reasons and failing to provide satisfactory evidence for retaining my deposit. This experience was incredibly stressful and felt like a blatant disregard for fair customer treatment. However, after escalating the issue with OMVIC, they finally returned my money. I strongly advise against trusting London Honda with your business. More
