I started going this store 7 years ago, and never want go any other place since then, even after I moved quite far. This place is not like a normal business place , it is a big happy family. The price and everything is transparent, no trickiness you need to deal with. For the last 7 years, I have experience with so many people in the store, from receptions, to mechanics,to sales,to shuttle bus drivers, and one time even got ride from the boss :) ,everyone make me feel so warm and friendly, every time I go there I feel I just become part of their family. I just got my 3rd car from here yesterday. Clark Li helped me through the whole process, I didn't feel like I am facing a sale person at all, Happy and relaxed. it is like my own brother help me pick the best car meet my needs. super honest, thoughtful, kind, and patient. He showed me all the things I need to know about the car, and helped me set up the car perfectly for me to drive. Great experience as always! Thank you Clark! Thank you everyone!
