They told me I would have to trade in a vehicle in order to purchase one, otherwise they would not sell me a new vehicle. Also if I ordered a 2023 vehicle I would have to pay a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $ 2 to purchase one, otherwise they would not sell me a new vehicle. Also if I ordered a 2023 vehicle I would have to pay a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $ 2,500. In my opinion this is poor customer service. I’ll take mine elsewhere. More

When I entered the bright, beautiful showroom at Lexus of Royal Oak, I was greeted by Kevin Neil who is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly as well as patient, kind and funny! He spent 3 hours with m Royal Oak, I was greeted by Kevin Neil who is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly as well as patient, kind and funny! He spent 3 hours with me to ensure that I got exactly the car I wanted. After we found my perfect car, I met Alex Richardson to go through the paperwork. Alex clearly explained all of my options and made the process easy. The entire experience of buying my Lexus was enjoyable; I never felt pressured at any time. I picked up my new car today and was helped by Manson who was very thorough in teaching me about the many features of my beautiful car. The women who work in Concierge are lovely, both on the phone and in person. I can't say enough good things about Lexus of Royal Oak and I look forward to a long and rewarding relationship with them. I can't wait to try the Spa when I take my car in for servicing! More
