My 19 y. o. Daughter had her Lexus serviced, they recommended service which was not required per their service schedule (replace spark plugs) while there was n o. Daughter had her Lexus serviced, they recommended service which was not required per their service schedule (replace spark plugs) while there was no triggering event, to replace 2 years and 40000km before service schedule while the car ran very smooth seems to me you are taking advantage of a young female. Also recommended brakes and the info they provided was not accurate and if they were in the shape they suggested (1mm) am not certain they should have let her drive off the lot from a purely safety perspective. Brakes were between 3 and 5 mm per another dealer. I reached out to service manager, said he’d get back to me. I sent a reminder after a month and now 2 months in and nothing. If they cannot be honest and if they take advantage of young ladies who don’t know better, very disappointing. And not getting back to me, makes it that much worse. Lost me as a customer. More
