I recently had an outstanding experience at Lexus of Richmond Hill, where I purchased my Lexus. My salesman, Amar, was amazing, knowledgeable and supportive. I was not sure if UX is better for my nee Richmond Hill, where I purchased my Lexus. My salesman, Amar, was amazing, knowledgeable and supportive. I was not sure if UX is better for my needs on NX. He let me to test drive them both and patiently explained the differences. He wasn’t pushy, which made the experience even more enjoyable! From test driving to finalizing the purchase, Amar professionally and patiently supported me. I truly appreciated Amar’s attention to details and his willingness to help customers and provide the best customer Service. I took my NX for service to this dealership where I purchased it new. I have been there more than 10 times thanks to outsourcing quality of Lexus Canada factory who built this model. This dealership do purchased it new. I have been there more than 10 times thanks to outsourcing quality of Lexus Canada factory who built this model. This dealership do not solve the service issues 100% and there is always something is left undone or there is something new with car when it is picked up after each service. I have encountered with so many service personnel here and discovered the whole service department is let down by the service manager who doesn’t take responsibility of her team. In one occasion my car was there for 7 days and on sixth day a tire blew up and I received a notification on my app telling me a tire is flat. Surprisingly they called me and claimed that I have to pay for the blown tire. After a few phone calls and wasting my time for two hours they accepted that the car had been with them for 6 days and I had nothing to do with the incident. But they made the effort anyway. On another occasion, they left a scratch on the body pain when installing the winter tires. Agin not they were not apologetic about the incident but Carolina ( the service manager) tried to defence her team claiming the scratch was already there before I bring the car. It is really funny as they take many pictures from the car before any service and all paint scratches are marked on the vehicle pre-service inspection sheet where they haven’t noted any scratches reported there. Overall this dealership is not up to standards of the Lexus and customer experience doesn’t mean much to them. After two years of visits I have switched to another dealership for my car services despite longer distance to my hame. More
The most frustrating aspect was the lack of communication and follow ups- regarding any updates with our car that was taken in for repairs about 8 months ago. I hope they improve their procedures to provide better support and communication to customers in similar situations in the future. More
Their support is so poor, I got a 2023 Rx hybrid and every day due to engine alarm or other issues I have to go to the dealership and again when I get my car the same issue pop up. Beware of their attempts to try and extract unnecessary service fees if you plan to buy out your lease. They continously tried to tell me that the safety on the car I was buying had to be done with them. T service fees if you plan to buy out your lease.
