AWESOME dealership First of all, my lexus 350si was called in for air bag recall...Lexus of London gave me a loaner that was out of this world....and to top it off when First of all, my lexus 350si was called in for air bag recall...Lexus of London gave me a loaner that was out of this world....and to top it off when I picked up my car...it was washed, vacuumed from an entire winter of dirt...OMG...and then they topped up my gas tank ...who does that....LEXUS DOES. !!! Great Service at Lexus Of London I was in for a regular service, and was impressed by the professionalism of all team members, Shelby when booking my appointment, Henry as my service I was in for a regular service, and was impressed by the professionalism of all team members, Shelby when booking my appointment, Henry as my service advisor, and Romeo for the warm welcome ( Karen was not there during my visit ). I was offered a 'Loaner" vehicle so I did not have to wait at the dealership, and my vehicle was freshly washed when I picked it up at the end of the day. The recommendation for future service ( brakes ) was explained in full by Henry, so I will be prepared when I come back at my next service interval.
