Dale greeted me on time and completed all the necessary “paperwork” explaining what needed to be done. He later called me at home to inform me that my car was ready for pickup. I am 90 years old and only able to walk with the help of 2 walking sticks. I was helped to my chair so I wouldn't slip on the polished showroom floor and also helped to my car so I wouldn't slip on the f 2 walking sticks.
