One of the main reasons I am a repeat customer is that service department is very professional and Al Ratani, the Service Manager, is very knowledgeable and helpful. In most cases, I deal with the service reps and everything goes well. I recently had a few issues that needed Al's personal attention. He dealt with each of these issues to my complete satisfaction.
