We just bought a 2026 NX 350H from this Dealership. We were totally impressed with all aspects of this purchase. Jonathan was excellent and honest. Highly recommend him in Sales. Ratings for the other componets of the dealerships: Finances and after market products: 3/5 (It felt like I was being squeezed rather than served.) Parts Department: 3/5 (Rather disappointing for seemingly minimal knowledge of after-market wheel options and for recommending the wrong engine oil for oil change) Service Department: Undecided, as the car has not needed servicing at the dealership so far. But at least the one service advisor I met was very helpful. Context: My last Lexus purchase experience was over 25 years ago in St Catherines, ON. But for 20 years in Calgary, I have been driving two BMWs (between my wife and myself with no children). Going back to Lexus for a retirement car felt like a stretch; thankfully, Moustafa quickly understood my driving preferences and my perspective on car ownership. As it turned out, the new car was still wearing summer rubber on the snowy delivery day in November. Moustafa made me feel confident about it all and kept the delivery uneventful, which was all that I asked for. For the propective shopper of a Lexus vehicle, especially one with a healthy dose of skepticism towards modern cars and car dealerships, you’ll have no problem in selecting a suitable model and trim. But be aware that it could be bit of a battle when dealing with people who come after the product advisor - still very much a buyer beware process before delivery day. More
I just purchased a brand new 2025 Lexus ES350. My salesman was Yazan who was very helpful explaining what cars were available. Once decided on a vehicle he walked me through the paperwork. The day of my vehicle pick up was greeted by Rhone who walked me through all of the car's on board computer settings and helped me select the best choices suiting my needs. This experience was so comforting especially when making a large purchase and making me feel like a new proud owner! More
This visit was to apply interior and exterior "coatings" to our new vehicle. Once Al got involved things started to happen which we had waited for 4 weeks to occur. I must express my concern that customers are not informed in advance, prior to the sale or lease, that the vehicle may behave unpredictably, with I must express my concern that customers are not informed in advance, prior to the sale or lease, that the vehicle may behave unpredictably, with sudden reductions in power and acceleration. Such occurrences can create dangerous situations, for example when attempting to overtake on the highway, and may significantly compromise driver and passenger safety. Had this information been clearly communicated beforehand, customers such as myself could have made more informed decisions and avoided the ongoing difficulties, repeated dealership visits, and frustration that follow from discovering these issues only after purchase. The unexpected and unexplained behavior of the vehicle on the road leaves customers feeling misled, dissatisfied, and afraid to drive the vehicle due to the aforementioned concerns. More
