Very Satisfied Customer I was greeted in the morning by Paula Bowman and she was such a pleasure from the moment I walked in. She asked me how my drive in was, we reviewed e I was greeted in the morning by Paula Bowman and she was such a pleasure from the moment I walked in. She asked me how my drive in was, we reviewed everything that I had a concern with regarding my car and we talked about the up coming weekend when waiting for the paperwork to be printed. Once I signed all the paperwork she asked what time I would need to my car back, if I needed a loaner car or the shuttle...and of course she asked if I wanted a bottle of water. When my car was ready I received another friendly call from Paula to let me know my car was ready. Dropping of my car for service was simple and friendly. More
