Remarkable service. I had called to bring my car in for a PM. I'd also noticed abnormal wear on the tires, which I'd asked the advisor to look into the alignment as a su I had called to bring my car in for a PM. I'd also noticed abnormal wear on the tires, which I'd asked the advisor to look into the alignment as a suspected wear source. The inspection showed that the alignemnt was out, and that the two front tires were shot as a result. Because I had just bought the car, the service department recognized this and completed the required repairs and tire replacement free of charge. In the addition to this work, I was also given a loaner car, and my schedule was completely accommodated so as not to interrupt my day or cimittments. The SPLexus service department and advisor are very customer focused, moral, and well aligned with customer service principals and attitudes. Had flat tire south of Elleslie on QE2 on way to Calgary. After AMA roadside assist fitted temp tire, they indicated Lexus dealership close by. The flat tire was unrepairable(was shown the big bolt gash in tire) & was fitted with 2 new tires right away; I knew the original tires were due to be replaced sometime this year. Service/Personnel were very courteous & professional & we were on our way to Calgary shortly after with much appreciation for the service! More
