Remarkable service. I had called to bring my car in for a PM. I'd also noticed abnormal wear on the tires, which I'd asked the advisor to look into the alignment as a su I had called to bring my car in for a PM. The inspection showed that the alignemnt was out, and that the two front tires were shot as a result. Because I had just bought the car, the service department recognized this and completed the required repairs and tire replacement free of charge. In the addition to this work, I was also given a loaner car, and my schedule was completely accommodated so as not to interrupt my day or cimittments. The SPLexus service department and advisor are very customer focused, moral, and well aligned with customer service principals and attitudes.
