The competently and calmly explain the work to be performed on that day guide you towards the waiting area which is comfortable upstairs. I was actually looking forward for my first experience at the lexus end of the operation and perhaps expecting it to be even better. The reception at sevice was cold and unwelcoming, the staff that I encountered were anxiety ridden, and was told to wait and sit on a small leather chair while waiting to be served. I felt as if I was outside the principalals's office at school. The information that I received initially and what I was told when I sat down with the service rep. Was in consistent and very unprofessional. Back to my small leather chair by reception, while I waited for my shuttle ride home. What surprise when I was greeted by a small car instead of the mini van that is much more comfortable. What else can I say, as an owner of an BMW M3 and Parkview customer I expected more. More

I put off looking for a used Lexus for my son until it was almost too late. Vince Wong was my sale person. He put me completely at ease, answered every question intelligently and made me feel I was more important than just making a sale. When we finalized the purchase, I was introduced to Sean Johnson who welcomed me, congratulated me warmly and offered to pay my cab fare when the time came to pick up my new car. The financial details were handled by Anthony Trasmundi who also made me aware of every possible warranty and add on service while accepting my decisions without hesitation or coercion. The car was ready on time and the whole process couldn't have been better. I have a 2006 LS 430 which I want to trade for a new LS model and Vince Wong is on my speed dial for when that day comes. I can't say enough about how helpful and sincere Vince was. I recommend Lexus on the Park as the first stop for anyone looking to buy a new or used Lexus. More

Winter Tires for 2012 Lexus IS-F This is the second set of winter tires I've purchased from On The Park. I was looking for a specific tire set: Michelin Pilot Sport Alpine PA4's in th This is the second set of winter tires I've purchased from On The Park. I was looking for a specific tire set: Michelin Pilot Sport Alpine PA4's in the size 235/40R-19 (non-staggered). I checked with a few other Lexus dealerships (close to home) and they didn't have them in stock and would require a number a days to get them in. I called On the Park Lexus and they had them in stock and I had them scheduled to be mounted the next day. So in less than 24 hours from when I made the call, I was driving the car with the new tires. Plus the price came in lower than that of Costco. Service was excellent and very quick. Although On The Park is not my closest Lexus dealership, they always seem to find a way to win my business. More
