Hi 416-564-8305 is my number and there should be two cars registered. I only want to confirm one thing. The loaner vehicle. Is it Lexus Canada's policy to provide one or is it dealership dependent? Funny thing, I actually dropped in to ask at DVP North the same question regarding a loaner Their policy is that if waiting is 4+ hrs, they would provide regardless of where the vehicle was purchased. Oh, if I should add, the staffs, including the service adviser should know what time the cafe opens and closes, since I was hungry and tired from installing spare tire on the road, missing lunch.

Dear Vince, Thank you for getting back to us with your information. I was looking into your file to see if i can get some answers in regards to what took place. We checked your vehicle in for service and tires had to be replaced along with a car wash, this would usually take us 2.5 -3.0 hrs. I appoligize about the lack of communication as that's where in feel the problem was based on your comments. I will speak to the specific service consultant as he will be available tomorrow to try and get more informarmation. Lastly, in regards to a rental vehicle, we usually only give our rental vehicle while performing a full maintenance service on a vehicle. We primarily only give vehicles to guest that have purchased their vehicle through us. This being said, if a customer books for a maintenance service, we usually try to accomodate with a vehicle. Every dealership has their own process and i know that Don Valley does not always give out a vehicle either, specially if you have not purchased a car from them. I hope this helps answers some of your questions and i can assure you this is not how we do things in our service department. I have put a $100.00 service credit on your following service.
