I can't say enough about the quality of service and the level of professionalism I experienced working with the staff of this dealership. I was shopping specificically for a hardtop convertible and Lexus on the Park was the only dealership in Canada that had an IS 350 C left in stock. I dealt with was Kevin Loth. He couldn't have been more helpful. While I was interested in the 350, I had never actually test driven it. Kevin clearly understood my hesitation to close a deal on a vehicle under these circumstances. He generously offered to meet me in Kingston so I could see the car first hand and evaluate whether it was going to meet my needs and expectations. I was overwhelmed with his offer and my test drive in Kingston sealed the deal. When I picked up the car a few days later I met with Anthony in the Finance Depatment and Josie in the sales department. They were equally helpful, knowledgable and professional.. Despite I walked in the dealership randomly and did casual browsing in a late weekday night, Farzad took a lot of time to go through the car details, took me out for a reasonable long test ride to show case the car features. He put himself on his customer perspective and try to work out the best for his customer. He took good care on setting up all the details on the car delivery. Farzad, Trevor and their colleagues (Amy, Anthony) in the dealership truly demonstrate the second to non service from a premium brand car manufacturer.
