We were, however, somewhat mystified as to why we had to take delivery on Nov 30 when I had to liquidate investments so that money was not going into our bank until the next day. We wanted to take delivery then but were told after we had made the deal that it had to be finalized and delivered on Nov 30 for some sort of month end requirements.
