Outstanding customer service I have dealt with dealerships for Cadillacs, Lincolns, and BMWs but my best experience does not match up with that of Lexus On the Park. Brian Mitchell and his crew have consistently delivered the best service that I have ever had from any dealership. He is friendly and makes me feel as though I am his only customer and that he has no other concern except to ensure that my car is in tip top shape. He is a very genuine person, provides excellent customer service and it's evident that he loves his job. I felt no pressure at all to make any decision that night but because Benjamin had addressed all my concerns to my satisfaction, I bought the car after a very straightforward negotiation. I felt no need to shop around and waste time with other dealers. We agreed on a time for me to pick up the car but when there was a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, he gave me a loner to use so I wouldn't be inconvenienced.
