My wife is so impressed with the service department that we did not even consider shopping for another make of car. Also did not shop other Lexus dealers as we felt that the treatment was always first class. Christine Nam helped explaining the incredible features of the new vehicle and how it was different from our 2010. Again, she was very good at explaining the difference features of the 2016. We will most likely come back for a second visit to go over the electronics after we have driven the car for a few weeks. John De Sousa, the Sales Manager, was also very helpful. We had come in looking for something that would be efficient for our family, and Stephen was great in providing us with a variety of cars that we were able to look at and drive. When a ES came into the lot that exact time we were there, Stephen made sure that we were able to get the first look at it as it was in great condition and quality. We really appreciated his patience and knowledge when deciding on the car. Lazar Lazarovski also made the financial transitions smooth and easy to understand, as this was a first time car purchase for myself. I really appreciated Josie Allen's extensive knowledge and help when it came to taking a tour of the car. She was very kind, easy to talk to, and still checks in to see how we are enjoying our vehicle.
