As soon as I got home, I logged in to the Lexus On The Park website just to see if there is anything available for the model we were looking for, and to get an idea about cost. I left my contact information and some questions about the car, negotiability, financing and specified that we planned to buy in September this year. By 9:00 of the same night, I received a very warm response from Cedric Meshino. I did not get a chance to respond back. Very early the next morning, Cedric sent a follow up email. I said "wow, this guy means business". So my husband and I went to the dealership on the afternoon of April 30th without booking an appointment and hoped to meet Cedric, As soon as we walked in, Samantha and another girl made us very welcome, checked if Cedric was available and when he was not, wanted to make sure that someone else looked after us. While waiting, we were given the list of inventory available on that day. Ben Momayez approached us at the waiting area. Ben listened to our ideas and concerns with undivided attention, let us meet Sean, his manager, then took us to the lot to show some options. In less than an hour at the dealership, my husband was already test-driving the car. Primarily, we were so impressed by the quality of the service to that point, secondarily, we found the car that we were looking and within our budget. Ben was also very professional in his approach, gave us options without us feeling like being rushed or forced to make a deal. Ben treated us so well, with respect and he made us changed our minds. Instead of waiting till September, we decided to proceed with the purchase right there and then. Product quality, knowledge and professionalism of employees, quality of customer service and trust - these are some of the things that made our car shopping experience legendary. We liked that he gave us an outline of his proposed doings which allowed us to give our input to meet our needs. Farzad was calm and friendly, yet not too aggressive with the up-selling (a good thing). During the test drive, he pointed out the GPS features and stated the differences between regular package and F Sport series packages. He respected our needs for affordable pricing and did not hesitate to negotiate further pricing with his boss. The main reason I have given three stars and not four stars is because once we agreed on the vehicle pricing, the paperwork process took a very long time to complete. I understand weekends can become very busy. Something to keep in mind for a superb experience, if you know there will be some waiting time, give the client the option to wait for (give estimate time) or take a half hour lunch break nearby (if the Lexus cafe is closed). Waiting around on an empty stomach is not the best experience for any person. Thank you otherwise for a nice experience! More

I was connected with Lee Vyner who handled my spontaneous questions easily, giving honest answers even if it was "I don't know but I will find out" (which I appreciated). Anthony met with me briefly on the first day and introduced himself, giving me a warm welcome and hand shake. I came back shortly after and made a purchase a couple days later because of the warm customer service I received that first day. After signing the lease form, the service only got better with Amy doing my financials quickly and painless. Then Josie took me into the vehicle and explained all the features with extra patience as I fumbled with the voice system a few times (Sorry Josie!). After all is said and done, I feel like I am part of a family and support group, not just another customer. More

The sales person AJ kept us in mind and we bought a used certified low mileage from AJ. He did everything he could to look after us. John was very helpful looking after a small service detail for us. All in all great staff and Chritine was very patient going over all the gadgets in the car. We have been coming To Lexus on the Park at their various locations for around 20 years and always looked after in the service dept. by Stephen and Brian. More
