Not honest from sale manager to the sale person To me honesty is everything. I called to book an appointment for that specific pre-owned 2014 black RX350. Today Saturday May 14 the sale manager call To me honesty is everything. I called to book an appointment for that specific pre-owned 2014 black RX350. Today Saturday May 14 the sale manager call me at 10:19 to confirm my 11:00 appointment with Lee ( I select both Lee below because, I don't know if he was David or John). On my way to the dealership it was raining and it's took me longer than I plan, by respect for people, I called to let them know that I will make it around 1;30- 12:00 instead, once again they confirm that I will me with Lee for the pre-owned . I arrived there at 11:37 and Lee told me that the car is sold. When I asked him why him and his manager did not mention that to me earlier, he replied that he knows that one hour ago. I replied that 1 hour ago I was on the phone with you. He then try to show me a list of available cars which I quickly look at and kindly refused and left the dealership. I then called the sale manager and told him directly that he's not honest and I won't never be or referred someone at his store. He had the same answer we have more than 40 cars available, I had to tell him that I don't care about 40 + cars I was there for the specific car. More

Amazing experience! My wife and I had a very specific make and model in mind when we started looking for a car. After trying our luck at a couple of other Lexus dealershi My wife and I had a very specific make and model in mind when we started looking for a car. After trying our luck at a couple of other Lexus dealerships, we made our way to Lexus on the Park. Boy was that a good decision! Apart from being a picturesque location (trust me, I'm not using the word frivolously), the service dad par excellence. Ben was extremely friendly and made a real effort to understand our needs. He then went out of his way to show us the best car for our needs, and all the while was completely upfront about everything. What made it even better was that neither he nor his manager tried to haggle with us. They have definitely found a customer for life! More
