He worked closely with Mr. Trevor, the sales manager, and they hardly worked to get the car ready with my desire payment plan, which I am respecting truly. I booked an appointment to meet with Andrew to see what new or used vehicle options were available to me. Andrew was a delight to work with. He was a consummate professional & he completely understood what I wanted & was committed to providing a great buying experience. Andrew helped me lease a 2016 RC300 Fsport & couldn't be happier. I was driving home the car I fell in love with at the 2016 International Auto Show earlier in the year & Andrew made it happen. From the time I met with Andrew to the delivery date the team at Lexus on the Park were amazing. If I'm driving all the way to the east end from Brampton purchase a vehicle a hour commute for me I hope to be treated exceptionally... and I was. Outstanding Service When I walk into dealerships with interest to their vehicles - I don't like being pushed or forced into signing a lease. At Lexus on the Park I didn't feel like this not once at all. I was indesive. I wanted to go with a slightly more pricey model F sport. and was deciding between an is300 luxury package or to keep the red seats in the f sport. My sales man Steven Shao, didn't change his opinions based on the car i liked. Which i liked about him. He was informative of everything. He took the time with me and my bf test driving different cars and showing us different pros and cons of each car we were interested in. Steven made our decision making process very smooth and easy. I'm happy with the choice we made. & i'm happy we got assigned a great salesmen. I met Stephani Kossingou - financial manager and she was very nice, and helped us with everything we needed to know about insurance, and the vehicle itself and warranty. Anthony, the manager at Lexus always greeted my bf and i and helped us with pricing that was suitable and affordable. Thank you a ton for that. Josie, gave us a tour about the vehicle we picked. Super friendly, and informative. Overall - our experience was beyond what was anticipated. Nothing like walking into a mercedes or bmw where they're all pushy and just want to get over with a sale. Everyone at Lexus made us feel like home. I highly recommend Lexus on the park. At the end of my lease i'll probably lease another Lexus. My positive review is not just because.
