Excellent Service I have had my LX350 serviced by this dealership consistently for four years. They are very appreciative of my time; keeping to appointments, providing I have had my LX350 serviced by this dealership consistently for four years. They are very appreciative of my time; keeping to appointments, providing courtesy drivers, getting the job done on time. Kevin Fam provides a detailed summation of potential service needs and estimated costs. Once verified by the mechanics, he calls to get your direction and authorization. Where possible Kevin makes best efforts to get the lowest cost for parts, recognizing that that they are original Lexus and not after market parts. He recognizes that consumers have a choice where to get their vehicle serviced. I have never had a situation whereby the service performed was below expectations and required a second visit. I also use the complimentary car wash from time to time. More

My sales consultant was Stephen De Sil I was contacted about a Special Sales Day to talk about trading in my Lexus 350 2011 for a new 2014 Lexus 350. My sales consultant was Stephen De Silva. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and able to answer all my questions. It was a very busy day at the dealership - and everyone was helpful and friendly. I picked up my new car on Monday, March 31, 2014 and everything was ready for me to sign and they also have someone to bring me up-to-date on all the new improvements in my new car. All in all a very pleasant experience! More

The reason for this frankly is genuine outstanding service that makes me feel "like a somebody". I never feel rushed or pushed into anything. I plan on continuing to deal with my salesperson Lazar who brings professionalism to a new high. I even get a private lesson on how to work all the gadgetry from Josie who is friendly and very knowledgable. The coffee is always on and I often just drop in to say hello. More

My intent in walking in the door was not to take a new lease but rather buy out my existing car. They put together an extremely good offer for me to obtain a 2014 auto.........and I walked out the door with the new car. More

To describe Mr Abid Shivji in a few words I would I would like to write a few words about my experience from Lexus on the park with Mr Abid Shivji. To describe Mr Abid Shivji in a few words I would say he is a fantastic and a great person. For the very first time when I met Abid was 2 years back. I have lost my only key for RX 350 in Canada wonderland and there was no way I could find it. Unfortunately I got help from a private key maker who promised me to charge me way less for a set of key ( I wish I wouldn't take his word). That key maker instead of starting my car he burnt the computer of my car. Now I would have to pay almost $4000 to get my car fixed. Guess what? That private and cheap key maker left me with all that huge damage in my car and no key( don't be cheap I learnt my lesson) Well I had to come back in Lexus on the park where I was getting all my problems solved before. I got the quote for almost $4000 and of course I was so upset and mad at that Cheap key maker. I met Abid that day and I would never forget the way he treated me. I felt like I know him for years. He listened to all my problems and I was really impressed by his personality, down to earth, very kind, friendly,honest, and respectful. He took me to his office made a few calls and tried so hard to give me the best deal that he did. I paid only $2000 and of course with his help. Finally I want to say is that Mr Abid is the person that you can trust on. He is very experienced, professional and honest. I would always remember and appreciate his kindness. My sales experienc Just this morning I picked up my 3rd new Lexus in a row, an ES 300H this time, from Mark Easton and the team at Lexus on the Park. My sales experience at LOTP has always been excellent; this time has been no exception. Mark manages to strike that delicate balance between friendly and familiar on one hand, and knowledgeable and professional on the other. He's never exerted any pressure but he has always managed to guide me in the right direction after listening carefully to my priorities and wishes. Mark has never steered me wrong! each time he's earned my repeat business so I've never found a reason to shop elsewhere for a new vehicle. Today Josie helped introduce me to the new technology that comes with my new vehicle. She kept it short and sweet out of respect for my very tight schedule and, after making sure that I'd taken care of the bare necessities such as hooking up my Bluetooth devices, she invited me to return at a time more suitable to my schedule. In the 7 years since I first began doing business at LOTP I've obviously had a lot of experience with the service crew as well. Steve De Castro has always taken excellent care of me. In fact, as I was with Mark a couple of weeks ago trying to sort out which car would be most suitable for me this time, I bumped into Steve. He likely has no idea that seeing him reminded me of just how well I've been treated at LOTP over the years which helped me to make up my mind to move forward into my 3rd Lexus in a row from Lexus on the Park.
