This is why I come back to you! My appointment was for 1 but I happened to be in the neighborhood at 12. You took me in early, assessed the problem and told me what was wrong. I chose to come back but Greg asked me how much time I had and how long they would need. I explained I had to be some place else in a couple of hours and still had to eat something, I'd need a ride to the coffee shop to get a bite to eat. He suggested I grab a bite "on Lexus" at their coffee shop. Wow, I had no idea nor expectation for this. A little over an hour later, my car was fixed, my stomach was full, I managed to do some work on my iPad and was on my way to my next appointment. Will I come back to you? Yes! Will I tell others about this experience? Yes! This is the second time I dealt with Greg and had the same level of service. Kudos to him, I'll see him next time I'm in. Cheers Chris More
