Yin Chan has been very receptive to assist me with any queries and complaints. Worth the long drive My wife had called me to tell me that he spoke with Chris over the phone on a RX350 she had saw online. Unfortunately the one she saw was already sold but Chris was nice enough to recommend another one that fit out family needs. I drove all the way from Milton and thru the crazy traffic on the 401 on a Friday afternoon to meet Chris and the car he recommended All in all, it was worth the trip as Chris was awesome in his service to look after our car needs. He was not a regular pushy or aggressive sales guy but was very nice to deal with. We went ahead and purchased the car the same day with Chris. Key Fob Battery Contacted my sales consultant Benjamin Momayez which I expressed my concern regarding my Lexus key fob which was not working to open the car door or Contacted my sales consultant Benjamin Momayez which I expressed my concern regarding my Lexus key fob which was not working to open the car door or even to start the vehicle. Benjamin , was readily available to address my concern by suggesting I come by to the dealership to have it fixed. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Benjamin who was able to fix the key fob by dismantling the fob & changing the battery. I just wanted to express Benjamin Momayez is always ready available to address any questions or concerns pertaining to the used or new Lexus vehicles. This what makes it a great Customer Experience.
