Josie's friendly personality and her expertise in addressing questions I had regarding my Bluetooth and GPS (which arose months after the delivery of the car) is a wonderful addition to the staff at this dealership- it makes you look forward to the next time you have a reason to come back. Best car buying experience of my life I ended up at Lexus on the Park just by coincidence because I happened to be in the area. Since I have been considering a RX350 I figured I'll just se I ended up at Lexus on the Park just by coincidence because I happened to be in the area. Since I have been considering a RX350 I figured I'll just see what they might have in their Pre-owned inventory. The salesman, Yin Chan was very polite and was able to answer all my questions. While there a Red HS250 caught my eye for my wife. I came back with her the next day; she loved the car and we negotiated a deal in just a few minutes without any high pressure tactics. Penny in the finance dept. had all the paperwork done in no time, much faster than in any other dealership I've been in. I traded in a Toyota, and although Bolton Toyota where I bought my car was also a good buying experience, I must say this was much better. We took deliver today and Josie spent a considerable amount of time setting up the car (memory seats, phone etc.) and explained almost everything about the car in detail. This really helped my wife who does not have a tech friendly bone in her body. I am still considering a RX 350 for myself, and Lexus on the Park will be my first choice of dealership when I finally trade in my present vehicle. More
