Very accommodating to my style (not your typical suit and tie guy). My wife Wendy and I felt the ease and welcoming atmosphere and we stuck with that. It was what we wanted which is as important to us as the car itself because we are not at all brand loyal until now. Thanks to Robyn customer care for an excellent introduction to our new car, and of course Bo the money man was excellent and made sure we got the scope on all options and made a smooth clean line transaction. My husband is 72 but still capable but it was a nice break. Lobi was not pushy as sometimes salesmen can be. He allowed us to take our time and look without pressuring us. When we came back several weeks later, he took the time to answer some of the same questions with patience. I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle at this dealership to ask for Lobi. More

Booked an appointment to have a service done on my 2022 RX350 (16000km), as well as to have a block heater cord installed. Dropped off my car at 1130 and received a call at 220 saying that they did not ha RX350 (16000km), as well as to have a block heater cord installed. Dropped off my car at 1130 and received a call at 220 saying that they did not have the block heater cord and that it is on backorder. What could I say, my car was already in for the service (just pull it out half serviced?). Needless to say, the oil change was done for $145 which is very overpriced but thought if it is in there for the block heater to then get it all done or I would not have gone just for the oil change. Was disappointed in the customer service and being disorganized giving me no choice but to carry on with the service and paying an outrageous amount and no expected time for the block heater to be received and installed.
