Very accommodating to my style (not your typical suit and tie guy). My wife Wendy and I felt the ease and welcoming atmosphere and we stuck with that. It was what we wanted which is as important to us as the car itself because we are not at all brand loyal until now. My husband is 72 but still capable but it was a nice break. Lobi was not pushy as sometimes salesmen can be. He allowed us to take our time and look without pressuring us. When we came back several weeks later, he took the time to answer some of the same questions with patience.
