He truly cared and listened to everything I needed, didn't try and up-sell me unnecessarily, was blatantly honest and up-front with me even when there was a chance I wouldn't like what he was going to say, and was knowledgeable about his products! His passion showed and it was evident that he was there to help me and get me into the vehicle of my dreams. As well big shout-out to Bailey in the finance section for getting me the best deal possible and making it possible for me to afford my new baby and for Laura Janke who helped me with my send-off, explaining all the fun perks and functionality of my new Lexus IS 300 F-Sport which really wrapped up my whole experience perfectly. Truly amazing the culture in this organization, and a shining example for others to follow. Too bad I can only give 5 stars cause this team deserves so much more. More

One Dissatisfied Customer This is my third experience with Lexus of Edmonton, and it was absolutely terrible. I had requested and made an appointment for a simple tire change This is my third experience with Lexus of Edmonton, and it was absolutely terrible. I had requested and made an appointment for a simple tire change from winter tires, which had been purchased from Lexus of Edmonton six months ago, to all season tires, and was told it would take 1 - 1 1/2 hours, including a wash. After refusing a high pressure upsell by the young woman on the phone, I felt I was being penalized once I arrived at the dealership. After being handed off from agent to agent, with obviously no communication between them, I was asked continually who I was (Mr. Cox?...NO, Mr. Osborne?...NO), and if I needed any coffee or water. I was offered wine and beer by one of the chauffeurs, when all I really wanted was my car.. Two and a half hours later, and only after registering disappointment with the Service Manager, I had the car back, He offered us free car detailing, which was next to useless on a meticulously kept automobile. What should have been offered was a complete refund of the $172 fee for service which should have taken no more than 75 minutes. I guess my mistake was not taking the upsell, but after the Marketplace exposee, I thought the automotive industry, and particularly such a quality dealership, would have learned it's lesson. Clearly not. After 12 years, 3 Lexus SUV's, and two dealerships (long time customer of Lexus of Oakville, which was always fantastic), I could not be more disappointed in Lexus of Edmonton. I am contemplating a further complaint with Lexus of Canada. More

Returned loaner car and Breanna was there to accept the keys and take the car. Management realizes that happy, well trained staff are the means by which you keep existing clients. This is the third Lexus I've owned from this dealership and prompt, professional and courteous staff is definitely a big factor. More
