It was disorganized and overall a very poor experience....now enter LETHBRIDGE VOLKSWAGEN....a completely different experience. Taylen checked in with us every once in a while to see if we were still in the market and providing us updates here and there. We had some time off one afternoon so we decided to go in and have a look around. Well we test drove a Jetta and a Passat. We purchased the Passat the next day. Here are our Lethbridge VW highlights: 🚘 Taylen was persistent, helpful, no pressure, really felt like he wanted to find us the right vehicle. 🚘 Ian the manager was friendly and genuine, around for support, but he didn’t hover...ps your offer of an overnight test drive was truly needed for us to make the right decision ...thank you! 🚘 Stephan in finance...great fella all around, also genuine and highly knowledgeable, again we felt really confident about the extended warranty package we purchased based on Stephan’s knowledge. 🚘 We are confident we got our car for a very reasonable price, and we did loads of research! 🚘 Lethbridge VW ratings are truly earned, thanks so much for making our experience pleasant.... and I mean that because I usually dread this experience due to numerous poor experiences over the years.....so when we come back to get the 2018 convertible beetle in a few years we know who will get our business beyond a doubt!
