Very Good Experience I actually enjoyed buying a used car from these folks (yes you read that correctly). From the get-go, Scott was an extremely polite and respectable individual -this guy has a lot of class. I indicated to Scott what my requirements were that would lead to the successful sale of a vehicle. There wasn’t any moment during my interaction with Scott where he put his or the dealership’s needs ahead of mine. There were actually several vehicles that of which Scott encouraged me to stay away from firstly due to straying from my initial requirement, or repair costs which my budget could not compliment; again, placing the needs of his customer ahead a quick in-and-out sale. These personality characteristics are virtues seldom found in Lethbridge’s market of new and used vehicles. Scott Petersen brings to Lethbridge Toyota the type of professionalism, dedication, and transparency that any level of any sales department should bring to their company. Lauren Huff was also a pleasure to work with during the financing process. Lauren was both pleasant and professional, and conveyed all my available options in full detail. She also took the time to follow up with me via email and phone with several concerns I had – again, going above and beyond any expectations. Again, Scott stayed with me during the entire process of the sale and worked with the Sales Manager, Logan Machacek, in order to obtain a deal that worked well for both sides. I actually feel I walked away with both, the vehicle I wanted which is in excellent condition, and at a price that was unbeatable. Scott also followed up with me several times via phone call and text message in order to gauge how the drive has been – which has been excellent.
