Reid's the best We recently bought our 4th Toyota from Reid and as usual were very happy with his service. Reid is very knowledgeable about Toyota products and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable while walking you through the purchase procedure. He made sure we were thoroughly acquainted with our new 2017 Rav4 before we took it home. Lauren in Finance was also very professional and helpful. I am also happy with the service we receive at the service department every time I bring in my Toyotas for routine maintenance and oil changes. The fellows in that department also make sure you understand what you are paying for and why the service is needed. More

Everything was GREAT even the coffee I don't know how much Lethbridge Toyota is paying Reid and Screcko but they are worth every penny. We had been to several dealerships in this area I don't know how much Lethbridge Toyota is paying Reid and Screcko but they are worth every penny. We had been to several dealerships in this area and met other sales personnel, Reid could teach a course to bring the competition up to his level. Reid explained everything about the vehicle and answered out many, many questions. It may seem like a "little" thing, but the way he went through the car manual and put marker "tabs" on the pages, so it was easy to find what we may be looking for, made it so much easier, as the manual is not an easy read! Screcko has a good way about him, my wife and myself were very comfortable with how he explained the financial end with our purchase. If someone asks about our decision to buy a Toyota, not only would we send them to Lethbridge Toyota...we would advise them to ask for Reid Hollander. Toyota has had a reliable product for years. We have never owned one before, but your staff certainly helped with our decision, and the coffee was great. What more could you asked from dealership. Thank You: Linda and Rob More

Most Untrustworthy Dealer! After agreeing to a price on trade-in and a new Tundra, I wanted to be completely sure that Lethbridge Toyota was satisfied with my trade, so I droppe After agreeing to a price on trade-in and a new Tundra, I wanted to be completely sure that Lethbridge Toyota was satisfied with my trade, so I dropped the vehicle for inspection. Upon following up two weeks later I was told that everything was good to go as agreed. A couple more weeks later, I received a call telling me my new vehicle was in, and then later that day received another call telling me that the dealer had suddenly found various mechanical issues, and that I would have to pay an additional $3k if I wanted my new Tundra. A separate inspection by the manufacturers dealer (it was not a Toyota) revealed that there was indeed one issue with the trade-in, but that it was covered under the manufacturers warranty. Clearly Lethbridge Toyota was trying to corner me for more money. What a terrible experience. Don't trust them! More

We've always had different makes in the family but after 'scoping out' other dealerships we had to give Lethbridge Toyota top marks in everything: customer service, friendly atmosphere, always eager to help. They weren't just interested in selling cars but they went far and beyond to ensure that we got what we really want and what we are happy with. Their service section has been remarkable with our first car. I would recommend them highly. More
