So, I was interested in purchasing a Grand Highlander, and I reached out to this dealership. I had a conversation with Scott, who seemed decent enough. We discussed the pricing and color options, and I was ready to seal the deal. But guess what? I had to wait for days, eagerly anticipating their call to make the deposit. And what do I find out? Rahim Karmali, the sales manager, has the audacity to refuse my order simply because I didn't want to cough up extra cash for an extended warranty package. And the reason? Oh, it's because I'm not from Lethbridge. Can you believe the disrespect? Let me make it crystal clear: this behavior is utterly disgraceful. While Scott appeared to be a decent guy, the management team, led by the money-hungry Rahim Karmali, is just out to exploit people. They want to squeeze every last penny out of unsuspecting customers, and they don't care who they trample over in the process. So, take my advice and steer clear of these greedy individuals. Don't let them take advantage of your hard-earned money. Spread the word and let everyone know to be wary of this dealership's sales manager, Rahim Karmali.
