Service department not great. New employees all the time and don't know what they are doing. Rob is the worst, says one thing and does another. Here is my experience. Initially, I ordered the Seltos 2024. When I asked the sales rep to remove the security and wheel lock add-ons, he said I could negotiate it later. I asked him to send me a revised purchase agreement, but I never received one. When my Forte5 was on the way, I asked him again for the revised purchase agreement. Since my original purchase agreement was for the Seltos, which cost a few hundred more than the Forte5, I wanted an updated agreement. However, he sent me the original Seltos agreement instead. When I requested a revised agreement without the add-ons (as we had discussed earlier), he informed me that his sales manager would arrange a discussion on that matter. Unfortunately, nobody called me for a week, so I sent him an email once again. He then replied, stating that the security and wheel lock were mandatory items, not add-ons, but offered me a 50% discount on them. I then informed him that I would not accept it if the price did not match the MSRP + documentation fee. In response, he replied to me, asking me to collect my deposit as he had canceled my order. To my surprise, the email he sent me was quite unprofessional. he accused me of not adhering to the agreement I signed. However, the agreement I signed was for the Seltos, not the Forte5! When I went to collect the deposit, I had to face this bloody sales rep again. He sarcastically said, 'Anyway, the car has already gone.' More

Extremely disappointed and disgusted with experience. Customer service between sales staff and managers is unpredictably and very difficult to communicate with. We spent 3 visits at dealership, and were lied to about pricing, forced into signing documents that were legally binding without understand what we were signing and were pushed from minute coming through the door looking for vehicle. We left to see our own way out after being spoken down to because we were unhappy and felt forced into something. Upon sending email to management, no responses to any emails. No apology for the way we were treated. I wouldn’t recommend. More

I want to thank Aaron, Rob and Mike from the Service Department for providing me with their insight on the condition of my rotors. I literally walked into the shop in an unscheduled visit at the end of Department for providing me with their insight on the condition of my rotors. I literally walked into the shop in an unscheduled visit at the end of the day and they were most gracious to spend their time with me providing me with an education about the pair of rotors that I brought in with me. This was not a regular service call and Kia did not make any money from my visit. I can tell you though that this is an example of why my wife and I bought our Kia Sorento through Leggat Kia. I would also like to add that Aaron was kind enough to help me back to my car with the rotors (I have a bad back). Aaron shared more of his insight with me about rotor condition and wear with me outside the shop. He is clearly very knowledgeable about automotive aspects and is passionate about his work, a real asset for Kia. Kia is very fortunate to have such dedicated people like Aaron, Rob and Mike working for them. More

I was very disappointed with the service department. You call, you book an appointment, you get there on time and they tell you that there are 3 cars ahead of you! That is poor customer service.
