Awesome breakfast spot upstairs , I’d rather go here than Tim Horton’s .. Entire team is friendly, I don’t not want to promote service of a Hyundai at a Chevy dealer but if I were to buy another car or someone asks for a good Chevy dealer, these guys are number one recommendation all around. I was never looking at a Chevy or anything North American built until I met this service team ..I know I’m in good hands if buy it and service it here. More
Just picked up my new car from Leggat. Dealership is very easy to work with. No xxxxxx business. I toured 9 dealerships before I purchased. Very pleased that Leggat came through. It is a smaller dealership offering bigger deals and hands on service. Luca Giambattista, my salesperson, was a true professional. He takes alot of pride in his work and it shows. He and his associate Paolo Sohal, make deals happen. They want deals to work for you, even though they are in this business to make money (a good thing). Very rare for me to give a 5 star review for a car deal, but this deal deserved it. Price and trade-in were pleasing. The prep and delivery of my car was showroom spectacular. I asked him if I could get into a new car, within an hour he had the numbers crunched and was again very pleased with the customer service from Freddy. Every time I go in for service and I run into Freddy, he is also pleasant and is always keeping things on a "family like" visit. From Freddy to the Financial services manager (Sunny Singh) on my shopping experience today, they performed very well. I will be getting my new car tomorrow afternoon. So this will be my third new car from Leggat and from Freddy. I have always had great experiences at this dealership, either for purchasing a new car or getting service done. More
terrible My husband and I are both servers so we don't make enough on paper to purchase a car wen contacted this dealership and they gave us a huge story that My husband and I are both servers so we don't make enough on paper to purchase a car wen contacted this dealership and they gave us a huge story that after a year of high interest 24.9% they take the car back and give you a new car you get to choose with less than 10% interest. When it came time to trade the car in they told us we actually had to trade the car in and would get the value of the car back! (They gave us a car that had been in an accident had scratches and a huge dent in the bottom) & told us we would be deducted for that even though it was documented. All in all we took our business to another dealership More

Why don't you put a sign outside saying we don't know when your cars gonna come in but leave your money n we want to charge you full price?!!! DO NOT Trade In Here! Will Attempt to Scam You. I took a 2015 Chevy Malibu out for a test drive last night, I was extremely impressed with its loaded features, comfort, style, and most importantly h I took a 2015 Chevy Malibu out for a test drive last night, I was extremely impressed with its loaded features, comfort, style, and most importantly how it handled in inclement weather conditions. While I was test driving their vehicle, sales manager "Freddy" test drove/inspected my 2011 Chevy Equinox which I had anticipated on trading in upon the purchase of a new vehicle from you (the service centre was closed at this time). Upon completion of the test drive, "Freddy" escorted me to the underground garage where he had placed my Equinox and pointed out drops of an unknown 'black liquid' on the floor which was allegedly from my muffler. He advised me that this 'black liquid' is the result of my entire engine needing to be flushed, and that I needed to replace my muffler, which ultimately devalues my vehicle. I have had the Equinox for 1.5 years, have it maintained and inspected regularly, always park in the same spot at work and at home and NEVER have I seen black liquid leaking from my vehicle. In addition, NOT ONCE had a licensed automotive technician mentioned the vehicle having such issues. This makes me wonder what mechanical credentials Freddy has and how would he know to a tee what exactly is wrong with my vehicle, and what it needs? Upon leaving leaving the dealership, I inspected the parking lot (which was blanketed in white snow) to see if there was a trail of this 'black liquid' anywhere, but found nothing. Quite ironic how this 'black liquid' only existed where Freddy parked my vehicle, isn't it? In closing, I believe Freddy was trying to pull a fast-one; falsely trying to devalue my trade-in as much as possible by telling me it needed work when it realistically didn't, and get me to buy new. Although I am fully conscious of the fact that there is plenty of corruption in the business of auto sales, Freddy's 'black liquid' stunt certainly has many of his competitors beat! As a result of this, they have lost any business they could have had from me. As someone who comes from a family of Chevy owners, they can be rest-assured that it's not only my business they have lost. Good business starts with honesty. And from my experience, this dealership does not practice that. More
