Within an hour after initial contact on the phone, a proposed deal was on the table that was both fair and reasonable to both sides. No pressure sales tactics. No BS. I will admit it was a tick higher than another dealership, but it was a small premium worth paying for the straight-forward approach employed by Rob for the vehicle I wanted. Certainly better than the 3 days of back and forth at another dealership which was a total time waster. More

Couldn't have served myself any better.. I am the type of individual that seems to spend a fair amount of time kicking tires before I purchase anything.....sometimes to my own detriment as I I am the type of individual that seems to spend a fair amount of time kicking tires before I purchase anything.....sometimes to my own detriment as I lose out on some opportunities. In this case, I had been tracking sports cars for quite a period and had seriously considered an older Porsche, so when I saw the one that Leduc Chrysler had, I decided to investigate further. Being in Calgary the first place I went was to their site and sent off an email message expressing my interest in the car, and a request for their bottom sticker price, no haggling, no maneuvering, no posturing, just the bottom line. Within minutes I had a response from Cory McMullen, who then followed up with a phone call to me, again, virtually minutes later. After some discussion we agreed that I would come to view the car on Saturday morning, which was Cory's day off. He agreed to meet me there anyway. From the moment I walked in and introduced myself and Cory introduced himself, the experience was extremely positive and friendly. Took the vehicle for a drive, than reviewed some vehicle operational items with Cory, and when we couldn't figure them out, he went in to seek assistance form David Jacobs, who had owned one of these vehicles in the past. David was super friendly, very knowledgeable and came to the conclusion that there was a mechanical issue and the car needed to go back in for a repair, which they committed to doing on Monday. I also learned that David was the Finance guy, so we'd be dealing with eachother anyway, I was feeling very comfortable with this gang, they are just natural people!!! During this visit also had occasion to meet Judy Wilhauk, who expressed interest in the problem with the car, and assisted where she could. Another person who was attentive and wanted to help!! I agreed to purchase the vehicle, and as I work in Calgary, I suggested I would like to return on Wednesday to pick up the car, knowing Cory was going on vacation for a week. Wednesday came, and I called to see if all was in order and I could come get the car, and I was handed off to Dean McGill! When I explained to Dean what I was looking for, he was familiar with the vehicle committed to following up and getting back to me on whether it would be ready or not. Dean called me a short time later confirmed the car would be available and immediately asked what time I would be picking the car up at, just so he could insure it was given the "once over" to make it pristine before I arrived. Upon arrival vehicle was more than ready, and looked awesome! I sat with David, paid my money and then worked with Christina Randell, to get final delivery. She was through and always asked questions to insure if I had any concerns, they were voiced and dealt with! I have bought a number of vehicles in the past, and this was far and above the most positive dealer experience I have ever had! They will see me again!!!! More
