Best purchase and delivery experience at a dealership ever! We purchase new vehicles every couple of years and thought we would give Leduc Chrysler an opportunity to earn our business since the dealership we us We purchase new vehicles every couple of years and thought we would give Leduc Chrysler an opportunity to earn our business since the dealership we usually deal with failed so miserably on the purchase, delivery and paperwork for our new truck that we will no longer deal with them. Hoping for a better experience, we walked into Leduc Chrysler to have a look at a new vehicle to replace our Jeep and I must say I was impressed from start to finish. We were there for no more than an hour and purchased a new vehicle without any 'sneaky salesman' tactics. There was no back and forth about the price, there was no fudging of numbers to make the trade in look better, there was no weird 'we have a deal today if...' paperwork required, no deposit needed to hold the vehicle we wanted, just a simple straightforward trade in and purchase. We literally walked in on a Saturday, picked out the vehicle we wanted, went for lunch while they appraised our trade in, came back after lunch to sign the papers and the deal was done! We arranged for delivery the following Tuesday and they phoned to let us know that they had it ready for pickup an hour earlier than it was supposed to be, which shows they are really on top of their game as we have never had a delivery on a new vehicle actually be on time as scheduled. We went down, did the walk through and drove away in the new vehicle. Even the paperwork was filed with the bank immediately, so there were no loose ends to follow up on and it was fantastic! The vehicle was delivered in perfect condition and all of the accessories were installed before we even got there, which was very nice. We have purchased a lot of new vehicles over the past ten years, but this was, the best experience by far that we have ever had. You have successfully won our business and we will be back when we are ready to trade in our truck! Thank you for making our vehicle purchase and delivery so smooth and simple, we couldn't have asked for more! He brought a vehicle forward to be test drove but firstly, very knowledgeably explained everything of the vehicle....under the hood, outside the vehicle and inside the vehicle. In the office visit after, he checked what aspects in a vehicle we actually wanted. checked their stock and came up with two.
