I have come to realize that Leduc Chrysler has a successful business model that I now admire respectively. The stress free way Cory And Jade took me through the buying process, upfront and transparent, more than generous with my trade in and they beat all other offers from other dealerships right off the bat even before I shopped around. Dave in Finance was awesome. With his background in \banking he was able to get me the most for less. Christina was a great help to me and a lot of fun too. She walked me through all the gadgets and gizmos and made me laugh the whole time. She even went as far as to help me uninstall the cb radio from my old truck. I must say she can work a tool as good as any. Lonnie in the service dept. took the time to help me with the U-Connect System upgrade. He was able to get me in and out fast and at no charge. Straight forward approach I was searching for a new truck and emailed the 3 main dealers in Leduc. I let them know that I was looking for a new truck that would keep my paymen I was searching for a new truck and emailed the 3 main dealers in Leduc. I let them know that I was looking for a new truck that would keep my payments at the same amount they were currently at. Cory contacted me right away and set up an appointment. The other dealerships said they had something for me and would get back to me. Never heard back from the one and the other said they had a great deal, however, the payments were almost $75 a month higher than I was already paying. Never heard from them after I said I couldn't do that. I met with Cory McMullen and he was straight forward and honest. He understood I had a budget and found the best truck for me. He didn't beat around the bush and I felt like I was a customer who mattered and was one that he would take care of. The truck I ended up purchasing came in at a price below what I was currently paying and it was brand new and an upgrade. One of the managers, Dean put in a spray boxliner for me at no charge because that was something I wanted in my new truck. Natalia in finance was amazing. She took me through all the different options and helped me come up with one that worked for me. Finally, Christina was super helpful on the day of pick up and went through everything I needed to know about the vehicle. What impressed me the most was how the staff was straightforward and honest.
