No Hassle / Upfront Pricing Second Grand Caravan purchased new at Leduc Chrysler. We weren't willing to buy at this time if the trade-in allowance was not fair and reasonable. Ma Second Grand Caravan purchased new at Leduc Chrysler. We weren't willing to buy at this time if the trade-in allowance was not fair and reasonable. Many thanks to Richard for making the purchase of a new car possible. We gained both the FCA sales incentive dollars and an acceptable valuation of our 2014 Grand Caravan. Wife especially happy with all the new optional features on the 2017. But like the first purchase, the price discussion took mere minutes. No games, no nonsense! Our sales person Corey is already in alignment with the dollar difference before the annoyance of running everything 'by the boss". There is a respect from all employee's at Leduc Chrysler for the customer's time and money. It appears that every person we met in the purchase transaction and eventual delivery of our vehicle ENJOYS working at this dealership. No sleaze. NONE. Thanks to all. More

The sales team always go above and beyond to make the vehicle exactly what we want. I have purchased approx 9 brand new trucks and 5 used vehicles from Richard and his team. I have never had one complaint and i am always satisfied. My latest purchase has me so happy and the only thing missing (tv for the kids) is now upgraded to two rear dvd/ gaming stations. Worst service department I’ve ever come across While I feel like I scraped and clawed my way to a decent deal on our 2016 ram sport, Leduc Chrysler’s service department is the worst dealership expe While I feel like I scraped and clawed my way to a decent deal on our 2016 ram sport, Leduc Chrysler’s service department is the worst dealership experience I’ve honestly ever had. The last straw for me was when I made an appointment for an oil change, and hadn’t heard anything for 1 hr 20 mins... I inquired at the service desk.... I was greeted with “and you are??” So i then stated my name, and she then told me they hadn’t even brought my truck in yet for the oil change. Honestly, do yourself a favour.... stay away from this dealship... we love our truck.... just buy a dodge from another dealer. You won’t regret it. If I could give zero or negative stars on this review, I would. More
