Everyone here was so wonderful...friendly, so helpful, straight up numbers, going out of their way to make our visit a memorable and lasting one. We even got to meet the owner, who is a very down to earth, nice guy, easy to talk to, genuinely interested in what we had to say. We came to buy a new truck, knew what we wanted and Brad McDonald delivered that and more. Not our first time in buying from Brad, we have bought many vehicles from him and there is no one more qualified or better than him to get you want you want and works to make sure you get can get into what you want. He is the absolute best. Looking to buy? See Brad! He's a 10 with us! The whole staff was so awesome to work.. Natalia. the financial services manager was so nice talking with us professionally and personally, we spent more time with her than we needed to. There was absolutely no pressure. We instantly felt comfortable dealing with Brad and most important to us was that we trusted him. We then had the pleasure of meeting with the Financial Manager Natalia Sotnikova. An extremely well spoken, knowledgeable professional. We never once felt pressured into anything and a real pleasure to deal with. We then had the privilege of meeting Christina Randell (Customer Relations Administrator) who took the time to explain the many features of the truck to us. A very patient person she is...lol. Obviously very knowledgeable and no doubt a great asset to the dealership. Its not easy teaching folks how to use the large number of options available in a vehicle now days.
