Good purchase, no long drawn out! It was very short, we knew what we needed. Sales Manager got involved. deal completed very shortly. Great time buying, fun no pressure Bought a vehicle for my wife about 6 months ago and went to 6+ dealerships of all makes. Was one of the most painful experiences of our lives. The sales people would not even tell us the price of the vehicle only "how much do you want to pay a month and does this amount work for you?" despite us pleading for the cost. This was at every single dealership. When i went to see Robert there were no games, no pressure it was just two guys talking vehicles and BS-ing. Ending up buying in about 3 hours and have no regrets. Robert even told me about an extra incentive through my Wifes work that ended up taking off about $5000 over top of the month of the Ram savings. Would buy from Leduc Chrysler again More

I was looking for a vehicle the last year and he found it for me. He has a straight forward fair approach. He gave me an extremely fair price for my used vehicle and an excellent price on the new one. After I bought both vehicles he has been available for questions and even threw in a few things after the deal was done. By far the best sales person I have ever talked to . Go see Brad and enjoy your new ride. After we sat down I met with Natalia Sotnikova who went through some of the extras I could get. She did not try to pressure sell. She explained what was available and let me choose what I thought was best for me. Thanks Natalia for that! Christina Randell spent some time with me when I picked up my vehicle. Went through everything , synced my phone and showed me how to use all the toys and gadgets on it. 5 days later I had some questions and she walked me through what I needed. She is great!
