When I asked Lisa about it she came back with snarky remarks and was disrespectful. Avoid I had written a letter to the company a few days later and spoke with Lonnie and Fred. They were very helpful and apologized for the miscommunication and even refunded me for the incident. It’s nice to see that their management they will stand up for their customers. More

I have tried working with other dealerships but have yet to find one that delivers what I want. The staff at Leduc Chrysler listen to what I want and then work to meet my requirements. They do not try to shift my vehicle criteria to suit their inventory. They never play the games that I have experienced when visiting another dealership. I just bought my fourth Jeep from this dealership. A large part of my buying decision stems from their knowledge of the product. They make me feel confident that I am buying the right vehicle for me. Brad M. and Christina R. have made the buying decision very easy for me because I know what I am getting. David J. made the financing arrangements clear and facilitated the purchase process.
