Great customer service!! I had to order a piece for my Jeep it took 1 day to come in. They called me first thing when it came in . I went to the service dept and they fit me I had to order a piece for my Jeep it took 1 day to come in. They called me first thing when it came in . I went to the service dept and they fit me in to put the piece on right away. The staff are very friendly and did a great job! Both parts and service dept were very great to deal with! Positive Service Experience from Chuck Albers I've had my RAM in a few times for regular warranty maintenance, i.e. oil, filters, etc. and the times I've dealt with Chuck, he's always 5 stars. I I've had my RAM in a few times for regular warranty maintenance, i.e. oil, filters, etc. and the times I've dealt with Chuck, he's always 5 stars. I recently was in for an install on my suspension and Chuck took an inordinate amount of time to explain in detail a number of things about warranties, service, etc. This despite it was late on a Friday afternoon just before he was done for the day. He always seems to have the time to spend with the customer to ensure there are no questions or surprises with the work done. I have dealt with automobile service departments for many years and I can say that Chuck's approach to customer satisfaction is outstanding. More

First new vehicle since 1978. August 21,2019. My 17 year old truck broke. Stopped into Leduc Chrysler and then called Cory. Told him I was interested in 2013 Dodge Journey. Cory c August 21,2019. My 17 year old truck broke. Stopped into Leduc Chrysler and then called Cory. Told him I was interested in 2013 Dodge Journey. Cory called me back and told me he had a better deal. A 2019 Dodge journey with 5 year 100,000 warranty. WOW. Within a couple of hours I had purchased the 2019 Journey. Cory, David and Christina made this purchase so easy. I felt so good leaving Leduc Chrysler that day. Safety and Security in a vehicle I was meant to have . Many thanks to Cory McMullen, David Jacobs and Christina Randell for making my day so much easier than it started out. Would I recommend Leduc Chrysler? Without a doubt, 100% yes.
