Almost hassle free if it weren't for this tiny Pandemic! Purchasing a new vehicle made to order was almost seamless, but COVID had other plans! I’m a little lost for words on how to best describe my recent experience at this dealership. Brad MacDonald was beyond amazing to deal with. He put up with me throughout all my high demands and needs and recent experience at this dealership. Brad MacDonald was beyond amazing to deal with. He put up with me throughout all my high demands and needs and still had a smile on his face making me feel like a valued customer. He answered every text or phone call and even spoke to me when he was at home with his family to make sure I was happy with what I was getting, I’ve never been treated this way with any purchase in my life. Natalia was equally as great to deal with and I never once felt like I was getting “played” by a dealership. I’ve already recommended Brad and Leduc Chrysler to friends and family and it seems as though they are just as happy with the service as I am. As long as Brad is at this dealership, this is where all my (and my families) vehicle purchases and issues will now be dealt with. I live minimum 40 minutes away and the drive is so worth it!
