Quickly returned our calls and messages if he wasn't immediately available, even after regular dealer business hours. When finally decided on a purchase of a new half ton, we had very specific interest in trim, option, color, etc. Cory and Dean found exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend anyone give Cory a call if considering purchase of a vehicle. Natalia and Christina were also very helpful to make wrapping up the process easy and organized. We have not had much experience with the service department yet, except for having a tonneau cover installed and rear air bags installed at time of purchase plus pre-delivery detailing.
