Awesome experience! We wanted to trade in our old Jeep for a new 2020 Wrangler. Cory was very attentive to our needs. He took the time to explain every step of the buying process, answered all of our questions and we did not have any problems. He was always genuine, courteous and very professional. I would recommend him immediately to anyone who wants to buy a car from a salesman that goes out of his way to make purchasing a vehicle a pleasant experience. The same can also be said of David, the finance manager. He was efficient, friendly and explained every step we took in setting up our financing. As Jeep/Dodge owners themselves, both Cory and David were able to readily answer all our questions about the design and specs of the new Jeep we purchased. As a buyer, I found this first-hand knowledge to make me feel comfortable and trusting in purchasing a vehicle from them. Happy, Satisfied, customer My wife and I travelled to Leduc ,Alberta to purchase a 2008 Challenger SRT from Prince George, BC. In the past we both have never felt as calm and as My wife and I travelled to Leduc ,Alberta to purchase a 2008 Challenger SRT from Prince George, BC. In the past we both have never felt as calm and assured as we were during this purchase. Customer service was outstanding from the moment we contacted them. The car met are needs fully. The dealership went beyond to assist in costs and gifts. Cory was kind, funny and connected with us putting us both at ease. Not once did we feel pressured or unsure of this purchase. Terrific staff, great experience start to finish! I’ll admit that I have avoided dealerships for some time. When the vehicle I had been searching for turned up at Leduc Chrysler I almost didn’t bothe I’ll admit that I have avoided dealerships for some time. When the vehicle I had been searching for turned up at Leduc Chrysler I almost didn’t bother making the call. A quick look at all the positive reviews made me take the chance. Cory McMullen answered my phone call an immediately began making this the most positive dealership experience I have had. He is professional, friendly, positive and committed to earning your business. Corey took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and sent me multiple pictures of the car I was interested in. I made the two hour drive to Leduc that day and was able to work out a fair deal, easily, with no pressure. I then met Finance Manager Natalia Sotnikova for the documentation, very knowledgeable and respectful and again very easy to work with. Why can’t all dealerships be like this? When I returned the next day to pick up the Dodge Charger I was greeted by Christina Randell who handled the final paperwork and vehicle walk around ensuring that all was perfect for possession. She made sure that all the requests I had made the previous day had been addressed with a professional and polite manner. I was treated respectfully and honestly throughout my entire purchase at Leduc Chrysler. You need to give this dealership a chance to earn your business. More

Fantastic Sales and Service experience I recently purchased a vehicle at Leduc Chrysler and quite honestly, it's always due to Richard who goes beyond to guarantee that I will have the vehi I recently purchased a vehicle at Leduc Chrysler and quite honestly, it's always due to Richard who goes beyond to guarantee that I will have the vehicle I like and at the price I like. I've bought vehicles in the past from Richard, and because of his fair deals and helpful attitude, I find it difficult to shop elsewhere, so I don't. Christina was amazing in her knowledge of my Jeep as she took me step by step on understanding all of it's features. I know that I can call on her at anytime for helpful advice should I need it and I appreciate that. The service department as well was extremely professional and helpful. The whole purchase experience start to finish was amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to tell others to shop here. More
