Terrible Customer Service Called into this dealership talked to Brad McDonald. Inquired about a new Grand Cherokee. He said there are some on the lot. When we arrive we go out to the parking lot to discover there wasn't any on the lot. He located one in Stettler. I agreed to let him know by closing 6p.m. that day if I was interested. Let him know via text at 545 and no response to this. Never heard from him again. He claims not to be pushy but no money that day and he's done with you. He spends most of the time with you saying "don't worry I'll take care of you" when he really doesn't. Terrible salesman that doesn't deserve your money or time. More
