I wanted to write a review to tell everyone how blown away I am by this service departments level of customer service! I recently purchased a new vehicle from the sales side, this was my first new vehicl away I am by this service departments level of customer service! I recently purchased a new vehicle from the sales side, this was my first new vehicle. This was also my first experience with a service department. We have all heard the nightmares and honestly I was braced for the worst when I had a small issue with my truck. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. I have been in to see them 3 times; a warranty issue, a close to full 3m wrap on the truck, and an oil change. When it came to the warranty work, they truly took my issue to heart and made me feel like they were on my side. They were honest, upfront and worked with integrity. Most importantly they were empathetic, especially Fred the manager. My issue was small and cosmetic, but it mattered to me and they made me feel it mattered to them as well. The 3m wrap was done incredibly well and was challenging as I had the box panels wrapped and they are large, fairly intricate panels to cut out. It looks amazing the price was reasonable. They also warrantied a tiny issue I had quickly and with absolutely 0 hassle. The staff are friendly, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Leduc chrysler for your service needs. For the first time in my life I feel like I have an honest mechanic. More
