Easy experience! During my search for a truck, I went to multiple dealers throughout Edmonton with a specific set of details and price in mind. After getting the runaround elsewhere with dealers that would not budge on price even with a reasonable offer, I came across Leduc Chrysler. The truck I found had more features and less km's than the previous vehicles I'd viewed. When I asked what we could do about the price, they were able to drop to within my range first time! No haggle! The truck was priced fairly right from the very beginning. During the first test drive, I heard an odd noise that could only be heard on the driver side. Cory assured me that it would not be a big issue as nothing was found on the inspection report he had sent me prior to viewing. However, after a quick inspection by Lonnie in the service department, they were able to find an improperly installed grommet around the steering column. After repairing this, the noise disappeared and my peace of mind returned! On top of being able to offer a competitive price, prompt service, and quality vehicle, Cory was willing to hold the truck while I worked out my own independent financing. My whole experience took place over the course of about two weeks, and in that time frame all questions and hesitancies I had about the truck were addressed. For those people out there that fear pushy salesmen and the stereotypical greedy dealership, you have nothing to worry about with Leduc Chrysler. There is a great team of people here and they can definitely make your vehicle buying experience a pleasant one. More

Incredible We got a call saying we could trade in our 2015 for a brand new and they would drop our interest. This experience was the reason I return in 2016 and through Richard's efforts, I obtain the car I had in my bucket list. It didn't stop there, service continued from David Jacobs to Terri McCauley ( who delivered my car and spent time showing me how everything worked) Management at Leduc Chrysler have created an atmosphere of caring and friendly not usually found at car dealerships.
