As we explained what we were looking for, Richard came up with a couple options for us. Once we decided on the best option, Sean brought the vehicle around for us to test drive. Sean explained a few of the features during our test drive and then returned us to Richard. We then went through numbers, including a very satisfactory trade-in value for me car. After that, we were off to see David to arrange financing. David spent time explaining the differences between terms and payments as well as warranty options. Upon signing all the paperwork, Terri graciously reviewed all the controls in the vehicle and on the dash screen. Terri was very thorough and helpful, and patient - even switching our license plate in the freezing cold without a single complaint. All four employees that we dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful as was the receptionist Karlie - small town attitude with big city choices - that is very much appreciated. As for my new Jeep Cherokee; I absolutely love it! It handles very nicely, you sit up high giving a clear view of your surroundings and it looks very classy! I would recommend Leduc Chrysler to anyone, and boy is the Cherokee a nice ride!! More
