Easiest vehicle purchase ever I purchased my new Jeep Cherokee over the phone. I've been servicing at Leduc Chrysler for close to ten years but this was my first vehicle purchase there. When I got to the dealer, all the paperwork was ready for signatures, and the Jeep was parked inside the service drive thru warm and ready to go for my delivery. Terry covered the basics of the new Cherokee without overwhelming me with all the new things my 2006 never had. Over the years I have referred many of my friends and family to the service department as they continue to go above and beyond. Now I see the sales and finance teams are the same. Easily the best vehicle purchase experience I’ve had. Thank you to Richard and his team, I’m really excited with my new altitude. More

Hard to find service like this anymore. The Service Manager was very knowledgeable, experience and straight to the point. No xx means he's being honest. Still the best policy in my books. Truck Service I had my truck in for regular service and they ended finding a recall on my truck and got that fixed, as well. All the people we dealt with were pretty good. Our overall experience with the dealership was pretty good. Everyone we dealt with were helpful and friendly. However, we did feel that the delay from time we agreed to buy the car from the time we were able to do the financing was too long. We appreciate the fact that they were busy the day we were there but in our opinion it took too long. Our other concern was with vehicle itself as there was a defective part that was found and has to be replaced. And we are still waiting for the part to come in. Not the dealerships fault I realize but a concern for me just the same. More

As we explained what we were looking for, Richard came up with a couple options for us. Once we decided on the best option, Sean brought the vehicle around for us to test drive. Sean explained a few of the features during our test drive and then returned us to Richard. We then went through numbers, including a very satisfactory trade-in value for me car. After that, we were off to see David to arrange financing. David spent time explaining the differences between terms and payments as well as warranty options. Upon signing all the paperwork, Terri graciously reviewed all the controls in the vehicle and on the dash screen. Terri was very thorough and helpful, and patient - even switching our license plate in the freezing cold without a single complaint. All four employees that we dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful as was the receptionist Karlie - small town attitude with big city choices - that is very much appreciated. As for my new Jeep Cherokee; I absolutely love it! It handles very nicely, you sit up high giving a clear view of your surroundings and it looks very classy! I would recommend Leduc Chrysler to anyone, and boy is the Cherokee a nice ride!! More
