We didn't feel pressured at all and were given good trade in value for our vehicle. The orientation to our new vehicle fell short of excellent which was done by another person. We went from gas to diesel and the knowledge and information given was mediocre. Missed were; what DEF is and how it works, differences in engine oil types and volume, differences in performance between gas and diesel etc. Also we weren't shown what was in the storage compartment under the back seat, and what was in it, including the 2" bushing sleeve for the 2.5" hitch receive, which I bought and then discovered I already had one. With a bit of a "brush up" on the orientation this dealership could score higher. I'd still recommend them. More
