We are usually Dodge/Chrysler customers, we own a 2010 Dodge Ram Laramie and we were looking to trade in our 2007 Jeep Wrangler on a larger passenger vehicle. One of the first 2012 Yukon XL's that we found was located at London City Chrysler. My husband and I emailed online asking for more information and within an hour Jeff replied to both of us. His email was informative and friendly right from the start. We told him we were from out of town and we would like to make arrangements to see it the following Monday. We're from Bowmanville Ontario so we wanted to make sure the vehicle was going to be worth the trip. Jeff met with us shortly after our arrival and was a pleasure right from the start. After a short test drive we sat down to make the deal. Jeff was extremely pleasant, knowledgable, efficient and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Jeff was fantastic keeping us informed via emails throughout the week before we made the trip back to London to make the trade. This is my second purchase from London City Chrysler, and specifically with Chris Legge, the Sales Consultant working with me. I returned without question when I was looking for a replacement for my GM p specifically with Chris Legge, the Sales Consultant working with me. When I arrived at the dealership, I was welcomed quickly by staff who made me feel immdiately that me being there was important. I asked for Chris who was paged and found me almost immediately. I had not spoken to Chris for years but he remembered me and my wife and asked how we were liking our van (purchased 4 years prior). Chris listened to what I was looking for, and matched me up with a variety of vehicles, customizing my search based on my needs. Chris found me the perfect vehicle. I was undecided but Chris and the team was very patient with me, answering questions over several weeks, letting me try different vehicles, never getting frustrated. Of course, when I finally decided to go with one of the first vehicles he suggested, Chris and the team were very supportive as I just HAD to have it IMMEDIATELY - I mean - once you are there - you gotta have it NOW!!! Chris and the team went above and beyond to make that happen. If I had to offer a suggestion for improvement, I would be in trouble as I can't think of any part of my experience with London City Chrysler that could have been more positive or more tailored to ME. My experience at London city was one I won’t forget. This is the only time I have ever dealt with a car dealership that didn’t try to pressure me into a car or truck that they thought I needed. The first day is the only time I have ever dealt with a car dealership that didn’t try to pressure me into a car or truck that they thought I needed. The first day that I talked to Chris he only asked questions. Just to find what I really needed from a truck. There was no sales pitch to push me into a truck before I was ready for some time limited offer. He promptly retrieved all the info I asked him for in a timely manner and offered nothing but help in my pursuit for the right truck for me. I also found London city to be up on new technology to help me with my search for a truck. I am a contractor and don’t always have time to answer the phone or I’m out of the house. Chris was able to keep me up to speed on how the search was going through texting or email and pictures to my phone. All this made everything so easy. The only time I needed to go to the dealer ship was to sign the papers and pick up my keys. Witch btw only took 20 minutes. Everything was ready and set for me to get in and out with ease.
