Late again! This is the second time in two visits that this dealership has failed. I was in today to have my winter tires out on, asked how long it would be when This is the second time in two visits that this dealership has failed. I was in today to have my winter tires out on, asked how long it would be when I checked in and was told it would be quick since they were on rims already. I said great because I had to pick up my kids after school. I checked in with my advisor after just over an hour and was told that they grabbed the wrong tires and I told would be a little while. I expressed my concern with getting my kids on the other side of town and they said they would try to hurry. I ended up leaving so late that I had no hopes on getting to my kids on time. Amazing the amount of stress you have caused at an already stressful time of year! The worst part is that this is the second time this has happened. I will not be returning, and will advise friends and family not to either. More

Stay FAR away I look my vehicle in for service a few weeks ago and it has been the biggest mistake I have made. Where to start? The fact that they tried to charge m I look my vehicle in for service a few weeks ago and it has been the biggest mistake I have made. Where to start? The fact that they tried to charge me for a repair that was covered under warranty and changed the price 3 times before realizing we had caught on and "only" charged for the diagnosis. Or the fact that they tried updating my uConnect system and completely ruined the radio system, causing the head-unit to continuously run, drain my battery and not being able to start my car without boosting it. Now I am being told that I need a brand new head unit and I am completely responsible for the costs (over $1200) even though they caused the damages. Lets not forget to mention that they also advised that I needed a break service, even though I have my invoice from another Chrysler dealership that proves I had my breaks serviced less than 1000km ago. I was charged $220 for simply "diagnosing" the problem and attempting to update my head unit, causing many damages. I would never recommend anyone to go near this dealership as they are clearly running a shady business. More

My husband is a courier, Our van was a 2010 with over 420,000km on it when we had to put it down lol. The engine was cooked. Knowing that we didn't have great credit I was very scaried. We went to a couple of companies and got know where. We needed a van for my husband to work. We went with a guy names Sean Duncan, Sean was a great guy and we talked and felt very comfortable. Sean put us in touch with Jay McComack. What can I say about this guy. I went in there very scared and very nervous, Jay could even tell by the look on my face. Jay got me approved!!! I kepted telling him that I needed a glass of wine, and than London City should offer that to take some stress away... With out getting into to much information. My husband and I walked out the next day with a 2017 van with an interest rate of 7.99 I can't say thank you enough, Jay you are amazing at your job and made me very comfortable. I can totally see you being the life of a party. The jokes just made it more relaxing.... THANK YOU SO MUCH JAY More
